Yesterday russian propaganda outlets started posting a video snippet by Anna Skorokhod containing her giving the following statement.

Postings started to appear on telegram, with no initial source, date or context of that interview linked, and none of the social posts drew traction anywhere.
The initial distribution according to Grok and some additional research was kickstarted by news-pravda.com reposting unknown telegram channels. So far so propaganda.
