Standard. Weil Vertrauen in die guten Freunde besser ist als Arbeit die man selbst bezahlen muss.

So there needs to be better mechanisms for collaboration with the millitary, government and civil society to be able to share some of this information - so in essence, we have baselines to better recognize when changes are taking place, that suggest kind of malign influence and manipulation, instead of just normal societal evolution.
