Da hilft, dann nur eine 360 Gradwendung!
Der Moderator hat dann Erbarmen mit dem noch nicht mit dem Kopf auf den Tisch hauenden Publikum - aber Frau Baerbock, denken sie nicht das könnte jetzt ein Problem werden, wenn wir in einer Hungersnot stehen und sie darauf warten, bis beide Seiten politisch übereingekommen sind? Was wären denn realistische Outcomes?
(Baerbock:) Realistiche Outcomes? Keine Ahnung, lassen sie mich noch mal Floskeln rauswichsen und nochmal sagen, dass ich für eine zwei Staatenlösung bin. Und das Problem ist ja auch diese “Tid for tad Mentalität” (die die ich im Satz davor selbst bedient habe, indem ich gesagt habe, es kann erst Frieden geben wenn beide Seiten eine Perspektive haben, und politisch übereingekommen sind), Friedensbrücken, Friedensbrücken, und außerdem brauchen wir Friedensvorschläge aus der Region.

And state policy in hostage situations is usually to never give into demands, if something important is influenced by those… So, what does Baerbock suggest here -- we starve out Palestinians for a bit longer so they release more hostages, you know - like in the past, or.…
