In October 2024, Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy unveiled the Victory plan for Ukraine,[1] which includes the solution to the Russo-Ukrainian conflict and description of future national defense guarantees.[2] The official goal of the plan is “to change the circumstances in such a way that Russia will be forced to peace”.[3]
Ukraine hunkers down in Pischane. Russia has to move forces in from the east. Push to encircle Pischane is already on the way. Ukraine moves into their flank.
Main attack to the west of that, so russia moves west to outflank that attack.
Seems like russia does not have enough forces in Pischane. Which is really something -- when that should be the most fortified part of your front opposite Pokrovsk right now…

Das Resultat war seit mehr als einem Jahr immer brauchbar.
Price performance Sieger war ChatGPT 4o. Reasoning Modelle habe ich dafür noch nicht verwendet. Multi line translation wird oftmals zum Problem beim Untertitel-Formating, weshalb die meisten im Produktionsumfeld wohl nur single line Kontext nutzen dürften. Prompting to skip, if unsure hilft um Gibberish weiter zu reduzieren.
Deepl wird aktuell bereits von aktuellen LLM Base models ausgestochen.
Modelle die ähnlich wahrscheinliche Wort Übersetzungen anzeigen, und die bei Bedarf wechseln lassen - ersparen bereits in 99% manuelles Nachübersetzen, nach einmaliger manueller Korrektur.
Idiome bleiben problematisch.
TTS die Intonation aus dem Kontext automatisiert ableitet ist bereits sehr gut.
TTS die es schafft dabei das Voice Profil des Sprechers zu clonen noch mal deutlich besser.

Was mich bereits zu folgendem Nutzungsprofil bewogen hat -- auch wenn mein Englisch in Reading, Use of English and Listening der höchsten Punktebewertung von CEFR Level C2 entspricht (besser geht nicht) lasse ich mir doch bereits fürs casual watching einer doofen Serie, oder eines Films Untertitel automatisiert von english auf Deutsch übersetzen, da ich Deutsch entspannter (weniger Aktivierung) lese. Besonders wichtig wird es für mich bei Filmen die ich gerne in einer Sprache sehen würde, die ich verstehe, bei denen aber nur andersprachige Untertitel vorliegen. Auch das klappt beinahe immer. Übersetzungen nach english sind dabei qualitativ beinahe immer besser. (Holländisch Deutsch ist die einzige Ausnahme von der Regel, die mir bisher untergekommen ist.).
Menschlich erstellte Untertitel sind in 80% der Fälle in Punkto Textqualität immer noch deutlich besser.

1. Die Presse hängt weiterhin der neoconschen US Außenpolitiklinie an - dass man das was ein US President zu Medien sagt als “möglicherweise unwahr” framed -- wenn, und nur wenn - dieser US Präsident Trump heißt.
Das ist vielleicht der wichtigste Punkt, denn sonst würd Ihnen Ähnliches nie einfallen. US außenpolitische Narrative aus US Regierungsnähe sind weiterhin Gospel --- aber bei Trump hinterfragen wir was er gegenüber einem Journalisten zugibt doch lieber pflichtgemäß.
Sonst nie -- da immer. Same difference.
2. Trump “will” mit Putin telefoniert haben. Ist bei genauerer Betrachtung mehr ein Trump “will” ähnliches lieber nicht öffentlich sagen - bestätigt es aber gerade dadurch.
3. Wann das Gespräch stattgefunden hat wurde vom Interviewer nicht gefragt - und schon garnicht als Teil des NYPost Artikels, da die Post nicht so dämlich wäre in ihrem Headline Artikel ungezwungen klarzustellen, dass sie hier vornehmlich nur mutmaßt.
4. “Es soll” auch nicht “um den Ukraine Krieg gegangen sein”, sondern konkret darum, dass Putin “den Ukraine Krieg beenden wolle” -- gut das kann man als scheiss verfickter Die Presse Redakteur schon mal übersehen… Und dann muss mans auch nicht berichten.
Das is aber gut!
Ich mein es ist ja ein nebliger Tag heute draußen, in Österreich.
Wichtig wird das insbesondere durch den Umstand, dass das Gespräch vertraulicher Natur gewesen sein dürfte, und Trump daher nicht einfach den Inhalt nem Journalisten erläutern darf (“es soll um die Ukraine gegangen sein”), sehr wohl aber die generelle Einstellung Putins zu diesem Krieg. Man möchte meinen, dass ein qualitätsjournalistisches Medium diesen Unterschied versteht, bevor es sowas berichtet --
aber nein, nicht die österreichische Die Presse - wo der Qualitätsjournalismus zu Hause ist.
Ich würd sagen, empfehlen sie die Presse doch einfach einem Freund weiter - heute noch - dann können sie sich sicher sein - dass der auch in Zukunft für sein Geld - VOLLVERARSCHT wird.
Österreichs Qualitätsmedien -- wenn ichs nicht selber gesehen hätte - müsst ich die Qualität in ihnen fast glauben.
